The Voice Assistant feature found on the D2 Air X10 and Venu 2 Plus watches is not fully compatible with certain phone models and Android OS versions. The phone calling and voice assistant control features may not operate properly or at all due to known software issues in certain versions of Android OS. If your phone and Android OS version match one of those listed in the table below, contact your phone manufacturer for assistance. An updated version of Android OS may be available for your phone which may improve or resolve the issue.
