Make sure to send a video of the problem so that we can help you troubleshoot.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you do receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us at info@detectorpower.com to initiate an exchange. Any products that have been damaged in transit or are defective based on manufacturer error are eligible for exchange based on the following conditions:
- You must request an exchange or store credit for damaged or defective within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing.
- All products must be returned in the original packaging with all manufacturer accessories and promotional items, including instruction manuals. Customers will be charged full MSRP for all missing items.
- Your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the product is not returned in the original unused condition in which it was shipped.
- Depending on where you live, the amount of time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- The full purchase amount minus any applicable restocking fees will be reflected as store credit for future purchases.
- You will be responsible for all shipping charges, and items must be shipped with signature and insurance. Detector Power is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.
Items Under $1,000:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you purchase any of our products that are listed under $1,000 and change your mind, we will gladly honor a refund under the following conditions.
- Unused, new-in-box products with regular purchase price under $1,000 are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All products must be returned in the original packaging with all manufacturer accessories and promotional items, including instruction manuals.
- Your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the product has been opened or used.
- You will be responsible for all shipping charges, and items must be shipped with signature and insurance. Detector Power is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.

Items over $1,000 (“Premium” Products):
Due to the high price of many of the products we carry, we suggest that customers do their own due diligence prior to purchase. All sales of Premium products are final, We don't accept returns. If you received a damaged or defective Premium product in your order, please refer to the Damaged or Defective Products section at the top of the page for instructions to request an exchange.
We CANNOT Honor Returns or Exchanges Under the Following Conditions:
- Failure to disclose damage or defect prior to return processing.
- Returns requested due to operator error, including mishandling of devices, failure to use the device correctly, air testing failure, or failure to find treasure or valuable metals, or failure to find water in dry sites.
- Returns requested more than 10 days after you receive your order.
